KEY PERSONNEL

Gary L. Werkhoven, P.E. , owner.

Gary has 30+ years of experience designing, building, and modifying mobile, utility, mining, construction and agricultural equipment.

From the corporate board to crew-chief, Gary has hands-on experience in every phase of a project. He is well versed in project management, structural and mechanical design, including finite element analysis, and the design & application of hydraulic and electric control systems. He understands manufacturing, preventive maintenance, and training needs for operation and service personnel.

Gregory J. Webb , senior designer, Industrial Artist

Greg has spent over 30 years as a designer, working with various CAD systems in excess of 20 years.

He has designed mobile, utility, de-icing and logging equipment, and created parts/service manuals for same. He is skilled in turning engineering data into files and bills of material which are usable by manufacturing departments.

Other Staff – Arrowhead’s extended staff is experienced and professional. As needed, Arrowhead has access to professional engineers, designers and testers with experience in the crane, logging, railroad and utility equipment industries.
